 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
at 401 South Washington Street in Chillicothe, Missouri, as the ``Jerry 
L. Litton United States Post Office Building'', and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF JERRY L. LITTON UNITED STATES POST OFFICE 
              BUILDING.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 401 
South Washington Street in Chillicothe, Missouri, is designated as the 
``Jerry L. Litton United States Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, regulation, document, record, map, or other 
paper of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a refer- ence to the ``Jerry L. Litton United 
States Post Office Building''.
