Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. LABOR ORGANIZATION REPRESENTATION EXCLUSION. Section 8(b)(1)(B) of the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. 158(b)(1)(B)) is amended-- (1) by striking the semicolon after ``adjustment of grievances''; and (2) by adding at the end the following: ``: Provided, That such employer representatives shall not include shipboard supervisory personnel licensed by the United States Coast Guard and represented by a labor organization: Provided further, That any picketing or other economic activity undertaken by a labor organization on behalf of such licensed shipboard supervisory personnel shall not be considered a prohibited restraint or coercion;''. <all>
