Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PURCHASE AND ERADICATION OF SWINE INFECTED WITH BRUCELLOSIS. (a) In General.--Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall issue regulations that authorize the Secretary to purchase and eradicate swine infected with or exposed to brucellosis in accordance with section 11 of the Act of May 29, 1884 (21 U.S.C. 114a). (b) Implementation.--Section 102 of Public Law 99-198 shall apply to the issuance of regulations under subsection (a). <all>
