Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Ozark Rivers Protection Act of 1994''. SEC. 2. WITHDRAWAL OF LANDS WITHIN MARK TWAIN NATIONAL FOREST. Subject to valid existing rights, after the date of enactment of this Act, all Federal lands within the Eleven Point District of the Mark Twain National Forest are withdrawn from entry, location, or patent under the general mining laws, the operation of the mineral and geothermal leasing laws and the mineral material disposal laws. <all>
