Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Forest Ecosystem Research Laboratory Authorization Act of 1994''. SEC. 2. FOREST ECOSYSTEM RESEARCH LABORATORY. (a) In General.--Subject to the availability of funds appropriated under subsection (c), the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Cooperative State Research Service, shall provide the Federal share of the cost of planning and constructing a Forest Ecosystem Research Laboratory at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. (b) Federal Share.--The Federal share provided under subsection (a) shall be 50 percent. (c) Authorization of Appropriations.--There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $10,000,000, to remain available until expended. <all>
