Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF REGIONAL REFERRAL CENTER CLASSIFICATION. (a) In General.--Section 6003(d) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989 is amended by striking ``1992'' and inserting ``1994''. (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) shall be effective as if included in the enactment of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989. <all>
