Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PROTEST RELATING TO CERTAIN ENTRIES. For purposes of section 520 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1520) and notwithstanding any other provision of law, Application No. 1001-0-201973, filed November 8, 1990, shall be deemed to have been filed with the appropriate customs officer within 1 year after the date of the liquidation of entries 84-4426808, 84-4427823, 84-4077985, 84- 4080859, 84-4080817, 84-4077723, 84-4075194, 84-4076481, 84-4080930. <all>
