                                 A BILL


 
  To amend the Indian Environmental General Assistance Program Act of 
          1992 to extend the authorization of appropriations.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION.

    Section 502(h) of the Indian Environmental General Assistance 
Program Act of 1992 is amended by striking ``and 1994'' and inserting 
``, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003''.
