Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON OPERATION OF MITSUBISHI MU-2 AIRCRAFT IN UNITED STATES AIRSPACE. The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall prohibit the operation the aircraft known as the Mitsubishi MU-2 in the airspace of the United States until-- (1) the Administrator transmits to Congress a certification that the aircraft is safe; and (2) a law is enacted approving the certification. <all>
