Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. LIQUIDATION OR RELIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN DRAWBACK CLAIMS. (a) In General.--Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision of law, the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection shall, not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, liquidate or reliquidate the drawback claims, as filed, that are described in subsection (c). (b) Payment of Amounts Due.--Any amounts due pursuant to the liquidation or reliquidation of the claims described in subsection (c) shall be paid not later than 90 days after the date of such liquidation or reliquidation.
