Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTIONS FOR POSTAL ANNUITANTS' HEALTH BENEFITS. (a) In General.--Section 8906(g)(2)(A) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking ``shall through September 30, 2016, be paid by the United States Postal Service, and thereafter''. (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) shall be effective as of October 1, 2008. <all>
