Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXEMPTION OF PERISHABLE AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES. Section 15(a)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (29 U.S.C. 215(a)(1)) is amended by inserting ``(other than perishable agricultural commodities, as such term is defined in section 1(b)(4) of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930 (7 U.S.C. 499a(b)(4))'' after ``any goods''. <all>
