Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Expanding Wounded in Action Notification Act''. SEC. 2. IMPROVEMENT TO THE NOTIFICATION TO OF HOSPITALIZATION OF COMBAT-WOUNDED MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES. Section 1074l(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking ``admitted to a military treatment facility within the United States'' and inserting ``admitted to any military treatment facility''. <all>
