following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and 
                                Commerce

                               RESOLUTION


 
Of inquiry requesting the President of the United States and directing 
    the Secretary of Health and Human Services to transmit certain 
information to the House of Representatives relating to plans to repeal 
   or replace the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the 
health-related measures of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation 
                              Act of 2010.

    Resolved, That the President of the United States is requested and 
the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services is 
directed to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 
days after the date of the adoption of this resolution, all documents, 
memoranda, and advisory legal opinions, including notes from meetings, 
memos, and telephone and electronic mail records, relating to plans to 
repeal or replace the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act 
(Public Law 111-148) and the health-related measures of the Health Care 
and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-152).
