1.--Ordered, That at on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, upon the conclusion
of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to
proceed to S. 1315, a bill to amend Title 38, United States Code, to
enhance life insurance benefits for disabled veterans, and for other
purposes; provided, that the time until 12 noon be equally divided and
controlled between the two Leaders or their designees; provided further,
that the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed
to S. 1315 occur at 12 noon.
Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on
the motion to proceed to S. 1315, the mandatory quorum required under
Rule XXII be waived. (Apr. 17, 2008.)

2.--Ordered, That S. 1974, a bill to make technical corrections
related to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, remain at the desk. (Mar.
31, 2008.)

3.--Ordered, That the veto message on S. 5, the Stem Cell Research
Enhancement Act of 2007, be considered as read and that it be printed in

or the underlying bill, that the bill and its amendments be referred to
