                         S. 3044 (ORDER NO. 743)

    1.--Ordered, That on Thursday, June 5, 2008, upon the conclusion of 
Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to 
proceed to S. 3044, a bill to provide energy price relief and hold oil 
companies and other entities accountable for their actions with regard 
to high energy prices, and for other purposes. (June 4, 2008.)

                        H.R. 6124 (ORDER NO. 753)

    2.--Ordered, That at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2008, the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of H.R. 6124, an act to provide for the 
continuation of agricultural and other programs of the Department of 
Agriculture through fiscal year 2012, and for other purposes, and that 
there be 60 minutes of debate on the measure to be divided in the 
following manner: 30 minutes for the Senator from South Carolina (Mr. 
DeMint), 20 minutes for the Senator from Oklahoma (Mr. Coburn) and 10 
minutes to be divided and controlled by the Senator from Iowa (Mr. 
Harkin) and the Senator from Georgia (Mr. Chambliss).
    Ordered further, That no amendments be in order to the bill and that 
upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate proceed to vote on 
passage of the bill. (June 4, 2008.)

             CONFERENCE REPORT TO ACCOMPANY S. CON. RES. 70

    3.--Ordered, That if the Senate fails to receive a message that the 
House has adopted the conference report to accompany S. Con. Res. 70, an 
original concurrent resolution setting forth the congressional budget 
for the United States Government for fiscal year 2009 and including the 
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2008 and 2010 through 
2013, by Tuesday, June 17, 2008, the Senate adoption of the conference 
report be vitiated; further, that if the vote is vitiated, then the 
order of May 22, 2008, with respect to this measure be in effect. (June 
3, 2008.)

    4.--Ordered, That S. 1974, a bill to make technical corrections 
related to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, remain at the desk. (Mar. 
31, 2008.)

Enhancement Act of 2007, be considered as read and that it be printed in

or the underlying bill, that the bill and its amendments be referred to
