act to amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to
establish a procedure for authorizing certain acquisitions of foreign
intelligence, and for other purposes; provided, that the Senator from
Alaska (Ms. Murkowski), or her designee, control the time from 1:30 p.m.
until 2:15 p.m.
