No. 5323, offered by Mr. Levin for the Senator from Vermont, Mr. Leahy, re: statute of limitations Vitter amendment re: missile defense, with 2 hours of debate Nelson (FL) amendment re: SBP-DIC offset Kyl amendment re: X-ban radar Ordered further, That no amendments be in order to the above amendments prior to a vote; provided, that any debate time provided under this agreement be equally divided and controlled in the usual form; further, that if a sequence of votes is established under the provisions of a separate agreement, then there be 2 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled prior to any vote, and that in any sequence, the succeeding votes be limited to 10 minutes each.
