                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                         S. 3217 (ORDER NO. 349)

    Ordered, That at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010, the Senate 
resume consideration of S. 3217, an original bill to promote the 
financial stability of the United States by improving accountability and 
transparency in the financial system, to end ``too big to fail'', to 
protect the American taxpayer by ending bailouts, to protect consumers 
from abusive financial services practices, and for other purposes; 
provided, that the time until 10:00 a.m. be for debate with respect to 
Amdt. No. 3479, offered by the Senator from Montana (Mr. Tester) and the 
Senator from Texas (Mrs. Hutchison), with the time equally divided and 
controlled in the usual form; provided further, that at 10 a.m., the 
Senate proceed to vote in relation to the amendment, with no amendment 
in order to the amendment prior to the vote; further, that Amdt. No. 
3738, submitted by the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Sanders) be the next 
Democratic amendment in order, upon disposition of pending Amdt. No. 
3826, offered by the Senator from Alabama (Mr. Shelby). (May 5, 2010.)
