1.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to proceed to S. 3815, a bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code
of 1986 to reduce oil consumption and improve energy security, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived;
further, that any pro forma days not count as an intervening day. (Sept.
29, 2010.)
S. 3772 (ORDER NO. 561)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to proceed to S. 3772, a bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards
Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of
discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived;
further, that any pro forma sessions not count as an intervening day.
