S. 1845 (ORDER NO. 265) 2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motions filed on February 4, 2014, the filing deadline for first degree amendments to S. 1845, a bill to provide for the extension of certain unemployment benefits, and for other purposes, be 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2014, and the filing deadline for second degree amendments to Amdt. No. 2714 and S. 1845 be 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2014; provided, that with respect to those cloture motions, the mandatory quorums required under Rule XXII be waived, and that Wednesday, February 5, 2014, count as an intervening day for the purposes of Rule XXII.
