                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                                H.R. 4302

    1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Monday, March 31, 
2014, the Senate proceed to the consideration of H.R. 4302, to amend the 
Social Security Act to extend Medicare payments to physicians and other 
provisions of the Medicare and Medicaid programs, and for other 
purposes; provided, that there be no amendments, points of order, or 
motions in order to the bill with the exception of budget points of 
order and the applicable motions to waive; provided further, that the 
time until 5:00 p.m. be equally divided and controlled between the two 
Leaders or their designees for debate on the bill.
    Ordered further, That upon disposition of the Owens nomination on 
Monday, March 31, 2014, the Senate resume Legislative Session and 
consideration of H.R. 4302, the bill be read a third time, and the 
Senate vote on passage of the bill; provided, that the bill be subject 
to a 60 vote affirmative threshold. (Mar. 27, 2014.)

                        H.R. 3979 (ORDER NO. 333)

    2.--Ordered, That upon disposition of H.R. 4302 on Monday, March 31, 
2014, all post-cloture time be considered expired, and the Senate vote 
on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3979, an Act to amend the Internal 
Revenue Code of 1986 to ensure that emergency services volunteers are 
not taken into account as employees under the shared responsibility 
requirements contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care 
Act. (Mar. 27, 2014.)

                         S. 1845 (ORDER NO. 265)

    3.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motions filed on 
February 4, 2014, the filing deadline for first degree amendments to S. 
1845, a bill to provide for the extension of certain unemployment 
benefits, and for other purposes, be 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, 
2014, and the filing deadline for second degree amendments to Amdt. No. 
2714 and S. 1845 be 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2014; provided, 
that with respect to those cloture motions, the mandatory quorums 
required under Rule XXII be waived, and that Wednesday, February 5, 
2014, count as an intervening day for the purposes of Rule XXII.
    Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on 
January 9, 2014, the filing deadline for first degree amendments to S. 
1845 be 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2014, and the filing deadline 
for second degree amendments to S. 1845 be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 
January 14, 2014; provided, that with respect to that cloture motion, 
the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (Jan. 9, 13,

                         S. 1197 (ORDER NO. 91)

    4.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion on S. 1197, an 
original bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2014 for 
military activities of the Department of Defense, for military 
construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to 
prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for 
other purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
    Ordered further, That the filing deadline for first degree 
amendments be 1:00 p.m. and that the filing deadline for second degree 
amendments be 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2013. (Nov. 20, 2013.)

                             S. CON. RES. 8

    5.--Ordered, That with respect to the conference on S. Con. Res. 8 
an original concurrent resolution setting forth the congressional budget 
for the United States Government for fiscal year 2014, revising the 
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal year 2013, and setting forth the 
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2015 through 2023, the 
conferees on the part of the Senate are instructed to report back a 
conference report by December 13, 2013.
    Ordered further, That it not be in order for the Senate to consider 
a conference report with respect to H. Con. Res. 25 or S. Con. Res. 8 if 
it includes reconciliation instructions to raise the debt limit. (Oct.

    6.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the 
motion to proceed to S. 1569, a bill to ensure the complete and timely 
payment of the obligations of the United States Government until

    7.--Ordered, That with respect to S. 1392, a bill to promote energy 
savings in residential buildings and industry, and for other purposes; 
no amendments or motions be in order relative to Syria or the use of

    8.--Ordered, That the text of H.R. 2610, as reported by the House 
Appropriations Committee, be deemed House-passed text for the purposes 
of Rule XVI for S. 1243, an original bill making appropriations for the 
Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and 
related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, and for 
other purposes.
    Ordered further, That the filing deadline for first degree 
amendments be 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 and the filing 
deadline for second degree amendments be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 
1, 2013.
    Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on S.
