    Dear Mr. Speaker: I am pleased to submit to Congress the 
Semiannual Report of Disbursements for the Architect of the 
Capitol (AOC), in accordance with Public Law 113-76, Section 
1301. The attached report includes all disbursements for the 
operations of the AOC for the period January 1, 2016 through 
June 30, 2016.
    Reports submitted to the House of Representatives under 
this statute shall be printed as House documents. This report 
is submitted accordingly.
