Had I been present, I would have voted: ``Yea'' on rollcall vote No. 119 on motion to suspend the rules and pass H.R. 995, a bill to amend Public Law 106-348 to extend the authorization for establishing a memorial in the District of Columbia or its environs to honor veterans who became disabled while serving in the Armed Forces of the United States; ``yea'' on rollcall vote No. 120 on passage of H.R. 497, the Brigadier General Francis Marion Memorial Act of 2007. ____________________
