  Mr. JOHNSON of Georgia. Madam Speaker, I regret that I was unable to 
vote on Thursday and Friday, the 21st and 22nd of June. Had I been 
present, I would have voted:

would prohibit the use of funds for programs at the Western

Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation located at Fort Benning, 
Georgia.
  ``Aye'' on final passage of H.R. 2764, Making appropriations for the 
Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2008 and ``Aye'' on final passage of 
H.R. 2771, Making appropriations for the Legislative Branch for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2008.
