today due to personal family reasons. I request that my votes be 
recorded in the Congressional Record.

Resolution 869, I would have voted ``nay.''
  On rollcall No. 1157 on Ordering the Previous Question on House 
Resolution 859, I would have voted ``nay.''
  On rollcall No. 1158 on passage of House Resolution 859, I would have

  On rollcall No. 1159 on the motion to recommit the Conference Report 
(H.R. 2082) with Instructions, I would have voted ``nay.''
