  Mrs. McMORRIS RODGERS. Madam Speaker, on February 27, 2008, I was 
avoidably detained and missed three votes related to the consideration 
of the Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Tax Act.
  Had I been present I would have voted ``no'' on approving the 
journal, ordering the previous question, and agreeing to the resolution 
for the Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Tax Act (vote Nos. 79, 
80, 81).
