  Mr. LARSON of Connecticut. Mr. Speaker, I regret that I could not be 
present today, Thursday, May 15, 2008, to vote on rollcall votes nos. 
323 through 327 due to a funeral. Had I been present, I would have 
voted:
  ``Yea'' on rollcall No. 323 on agreeing to the motion ordering the 
previous question on H. Res. 1197, the rule providing for consideration 
of the Senate amendment to H.R. 2642, the Supplemental Appropriations 
Act, 2008;
  ``Yea'' on rollcall No. 324 on agreeing to H. Res. 1197, the rule 
providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to H.R. 2642, the 
Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2008;
  ``Yea'' on rollcall No. 325 on agreeing to the motion to suspend the
