Had I been present, I would have voted ``aye.''
  On May 15, 2008, due to obligations in the district, I missed the 
following recorded votes:
  Roll No. 326, on H.R. 406--Alice Paul Women's Suffrage Congressional 
Gold Medal Act. Had I been present, I would have voted ``aye;''
  Roll No. 327, on H.R. 5872--Boy Scouts of America Centennial 
Commemorative Coin Act. Had I been present, I would have voted ``aye.''
