                            MORNING BUSINESS

  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Under the previous order, the 
Senate shall proceed to a period of morning business for up to 1 hour, 
with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each, with the 
Republicans controlling the first 30 minutes and the majority 
controlling the final 30 minutes.
