Ms. KILPATRICK of Michigan. Mr. Speaker due to personal reasons, I
was unable to attend to several votes today. Had I been present, I
would have voted ``yea'' on final passage of H. Res. 82, Raising
Awareness and Encouraging Prevention of Stalking by Establishing
January 2009 as National Stalking Awareness Month; ``yea'' on final
passage of H. Res. 103, Supporting the goals and ideals of National

final passage of H.R. 559--Fair, Accurate, Secure, and Timely Redress
Act.
