                        Tuesday, March 24, 2009

Mr. PASCRELL. Madam Speaker, I want to state for the record that
today, March 24th, I was detained in my district and therefore missed
the three rollcall votes of the day. Had I been present I would have
voted ``yea'' on rollcall vote No. 147 on the Motion to Suspend the
Rules and Pass H.R. 1617--Department of Homeland Security Component
Privacy Act of 2009. Had I been present I would have also voted ``yea''
on rollcall vote No. 148 on the Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass
H.R. 730--Nuclear Forensics and Attribution Act. Lastly, had I been
present I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall vote No. 149 on the
Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass H. Res. 182--Expressing support
for designation of the week of March 1 through March 8, 2009, as School
Social Work Week.
