Speaker, May 4th, I remained in my district due to the death of my Aunt Julia Taglibue Mondawho recently passed away at the age of 96, and I therefore missed the two rollcall votes of the day. Had I been present I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall vote No. 229, On Motion to Suspend the Rules and Agree, as Amended--H. Con. Res. 93--Recognizing the historical significance of the Mexican holiday of Cinco de Mayo.
