                                 ______

                        HON. CAROLYN B. MALONEY

                              of new york

                    in the house of representatives

                        Wednesday, June 17, 2009

Mrs. MALONEY. Madam Speaker, on June 15, 2009, I was delayed in
returning to Washington, and missed rollcall votes numbered 336, 337,
338 and 339.
Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall votes: 336
expressing condolences to the citizens of Italy and support for the
Government of Italy in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake that
struck the Abruzzo region of central Italy; 337, a bill to name the
Laredo Veterans Post Office; 338, Phylicia's Law; and, 339, a
resolution expressing condolences to the families, friends, and loved
ones of the victims of the catastrophic explosion at the ConAgra Foods
plant in Garner, North Carolina.
