Madam Speaker, I am having back surgery, which will require me to miss votes the last two weeks of July. I will be returning, stronger and better than ever, to do my work for the 4th Congressional District of NY when Congress reconvenes in September. Yesterday, I missed two votes. Had I been present I would have voted. Rollcall No. 593, on Approving the Journal, I would have voted ``yea.'' Rollcall No. 594, on the Motion to Suspend the Rules and Agree to H.
