  Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall vote No. 
969, recognizing and supporting the goals and ideals of National 
Runaway Prevention Month and, No. 970, commending the Real Salt Lake 
Soccer Club for winning the 2009 Major League Soccer Cup.
