[Congressional Record Volume 156, Number 47 (Wednesday, March 24, 2010)] [House] [Page H2311] From the Congressional Record Online through the Government Publishing Office [www.gpo.gov] PERSONAL EXPLANATION Ms. JACKSON LEE of Texas. Mr. Speaker, I was unavoidably detained at the State Department at a meeting, and I would like to register my vote for the Democratic motion to table the appeal of the ruling of the Chair. If I had been present, I would have voted ``aye'' and for passage of H.R. 4899, the Disaster Relief and Summer Jobs Act of 2010 that will impact the constituents in my district in creating more jobs, I would have enthusiastically voted ``aye.'' ____________________
