Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the funding & expenditure authority of 
the Airport and Airway Trust Fund, to amend title 49, United States 
Code, to extend authorizations for the airport improvement program, I 
am not recorded because I was absent because I was giving birth to my 
baby daughter. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay.''
