  Ms. DeLAURO. Mr. Speaker, I was unavoidably detained addressing 
matters related to a

historic snow storm in Connecticut and so I missed rollcall vote No. 
817 regarding S. 1280, the ``Kate Puzey Peace Corps Volunteer 
Protection Act of 2011.'' Had I been present, I would have voted 
``yes.''
