Kingston/McCollum Amendment to H.R. 5856--Reduces the amount of Defense Department funding for professional sports sponsorships by $72,300,000 and applies the savings to the spending reduction account-- voted ``yes.'' Quigley Amendment to H.R. 5856--Reduces the Navy Shipbuilding and Conversion account by $988 million (funding for one DDG-51 Destroyer) and applies the savings to the spending reduction account--voted ``no.''
