numbered 97, 98, and 99 because I was at the White House on official 
business.

Res. 146, To Provide for Consideration of H.R. 1120, Preventing Greater 
Uncertainty in Labor-Management Relation. Had I been present I would 
have voted ``yes.''
  Rollcall No. 98 was a vote on agreeing to H. Res. 146, To Provide for 
Consideration of H.R. 1120, Preventing Greater Uncertainty in Labor-
Management Relation. Had I been present I would have voted ``yes.''
  Rollcall No. 99 was a vote on Approving the Journal. Had I been
