  Ms. CLARKE. Mr. Speaker, I was unavoidably detained in my district 
and missed the votes on Tuesday, April 23, 2013.
  Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 118, 
H.R. 1067--To make revisions in title 36, United States Code, as 
necessary to keep the title current and make technical corrections and 
improvements, ``yea'' on rollcall No. 119, H.R. 1068--To enact title 
54, United States Code, ``National Park Service and Related Programs'', 
and ``yea'' on rollcall No. 120, Journal Vote.
