I was unavoidably detained and so I missed rollcall vote Number 93 on Ordering the Previous Question on the Rule ``Providing for consideration of H.R. 3826, Electricity Security and Affordability Act, and providing for consideration of H.R. 4118, Suspending the Individual Mandate Penalty Law Equals Fairness Act'' (H. Res. 497). Had I been present, I would have voted ``no.''
