Amendment, I would have voted ``yes''; on rollcall vote 122: Jackson 
Lee of Texas Amendment, I would have voted ``yes''; on rollcall vote 
123: Democratic Motion to Recommit, I would have voted ``yes''; on 
rollcall vote 124: Final Passage of H.R. 4138, Executive Needs to 
Faithfully Observe and Respect Congressional Enactments of the Law Act 
of 2014, I would have voted ``no.''
