  Mr. ROSKAM. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Magenium 
Solutions, LLC, an IT services firm based out of my hometown of Glen 
Ellyn, which has been recognized as being one of the best places to 
work in the State of Illinois. Magenium Solutions is a company 
dedicated to delivering technology based answers to hundreds of 
businesses nationwide. They are well known for improving the 
productivity of their clients, helping them to stay competitive and 
reducing costs through the use of technology.
  For the second year in a row, Magenium Solutions has earned the 
distinction of being one of the ``Best Places to Work in Illinois'' by 
the Daily Herald Business Ledger, one of only sixty Illinois companies 
to receive this honor. With more than 60 employees, Magenium Solutions
