  Mr. DesJARLAIS. Mr. Speaker, due to airplane equipment problems, I 
was unavoidably detained and I missed the following votes:
  Roll Call Vote No. 216, passage of H.R. 606, the Don't Tax Our Fallen 
Public Safety Heroes Act. Had I been present, I would have voted 
``yes.''
  Roll Call Vote No. 217, on agreeing to the Edwards Amendment to H.R. 
1732. Had I been present, I would have voted ``no.''
  Roll Call vote No. 219, passage of H.R. 1732, the Regulatory 
Integrity Protection Act of 2015. Had I been present, I would have 
voted ``yes.''
  Roll Call Vote No. 220, passage of H.R. 2146, the Defending Public 
Safety Employees Retirement Act. Had I been present, I would have voted 
``yes.''
