    SERVICE RELATING TO ``GROSS PROCEEDS REPORTING BY BROKERS THAT 
 REGULARLY PROVIDE SERVICES EFFECTUATING DIGITAL ASSET SALES''--Motion

     resolution providing for congressional disapproval under 
     chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule
