                    ORDERS FOR MONDAY, MAY 10, 1999

  Mr. ENZI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it stand in adjournment until the hour of 
12 noon on Monday, May 10. I further ask consent that on Monday, 
immediately following the prayer, the routine requests through the 
morning hour be granted, the time for the two leaders be reserved for 
their use later in the day, and the Senate begin a period of morning 
business until 2 p.m., with the time equally divided between the 
majority leader or his designee and the minority leader or his 
designee, with Senator Collins allotted 15 minutes of the majority 
leader's time.
