     establish the Commission to Study the Potential Creation of a 
     National Museum of the American Latino Community to develop a 
     plan of action for the establishment and maintenance of a 
     National Museum of the American Latino Community in 
     Washington, DC, and for other purposes (Rept. 109-584 Pt. 1).

       Mr. SENSENBRENNER: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 3049. A 
     bill to amend section 42 of title 18, United States Code, 
     popularly known as the Lacey Act, to add certain species of 
     carp to the list of injurious species that are prohibited 
     from being imported or shipped (Rept. 109-585). Referred to 
     the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union.
       Mr. POMBO: Committee on Resources. H.R. 5411. A bill to 
     direct the Secretary of the Interior to establish a 
     demonstration program to facilitate landscape restoration 
     programs within certain units of the National Park System 
     established by law to

     preserve and interpret resources associated with American 
     history, and for other purposes (Rept. 109-586). Referred to

       Mr. POMBO: Committee on Resources. H.R. 4947. A bill to 
     expand the boundaries of the Cahaba River National Wildlife 
     Refuge, and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 109-

     State of the Union.
       Mr. POMBO: Committee on Resources. H.R. 4301. A bill to 
     direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain 
     parcels of land acquired for the Blunt Reservoir and Pierre 
     Canal features of the initial stage of the Oahe Unit, James 
     Division, South Dakota, to the Commission of Schools and 
     Public Lands and the Department of Game, Fish, and Parks of 
     the State of South Dakota for the purpose of mitigating lost 
     wildlife habitat, on the condition that the current 
     preferential leaseholders shall have an option to purchase 
     the parcels from the Commission, and for other purposes 
     (Rept. 109-588). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House

       Mr. OXLEY: Committee on Financial Services. H.R. 5121. A 
     bill to modernize and update the National Housing Act and 
     enable the Federal Housing Administration to use risk-based 
     pricing to more effectively reach underserved borrowers, and
