                   ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, APRIL 4, 2006

  Mr. FRIST. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand in adjournment until 9:45 
a.m., Tuesday, April 4. I further ask consent that following the prayer 
and pledge,

the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be 
approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved, and the 
Senate proceed to executive session as under the previous order, with 
the debate divided equally until 10 a.m. I further ask unanimous 
consent that the Senate stand in recess from 12:30 until 2:15 to 
accommodate the weekly policy luncheons.
